Helping people buy the right home is one of my favorite things in the whole wide world.

About me

  • Mastery

I love learning and continue to build my experience and knowledge toolkit every day to help my clients. I attended the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2015 which transformed the way I negotiate and gives me a significant advantage in crafting purchases and sales. I incorporate multiple modalities into a unique perspective, combining top negotiation strategies, game theory, pricing philosophy, and consumer psychology with intuition and experience.

  • Hospitality

I grew up in the construction and hospitality industries. Construction helps with everything-houses and hospitality adds an innate service style that I enjoy. I am pleased to anticipate the needs of my clients, take care of details, and craft an exceptional experience. Moving is often a major life milestone and I love transforming what could be dull or stressful into an enjoyable and memorable start to a new chapter.

  • Houses

I absolutely adore houses, from tiny charming ones to sprawling palatial ones, and everything in between. I get excited opening a front door during a showing on a sunny Saturday morning. I am passionate about houses and helping people find the one that fits them. From hardwood floors and ancient boilers to breaker boxes and eavestroughs, these things are all a wonderous art to me.

  • Heritage

I started selling real estate in 2005 while at university in London, Ontario. I came home to Manitoba in 2007 and have been selling here ever since. Real estate is the only career I’ve ever had - it is truly my vocation. I have two aunts and one uncle that sold real estate. As a child family vacations often included open houses in the areas we were visiting - real estate opportunities can be found anywhere, lol! It was my job to turn on the lights before showings when my family was moving. Today, when I walk around a home flipping light switches I think to myself how I’ve been training for this all my life.

Whatever type of home you’re looking for, I’d love the opportunity to interview for the job of helping you find it.
